I adore dinner and/or drinks, though this is by no means an expectation! I do have some dietary requirements (I eat a plant-based diet but do not mind what you eat) so if it's helpful I've included some suggestions below in both central Manchester and MediaCityUK. Both locations have a number of nearby hotels, from budget options (e.g. Premier Inn) to the more indulgent. I've included some more and less casual venues and I am comfortable in either. I will dress accordingly.
